The
CosmoChix, of which Cynthia was a member, threw a party for fans and fellow Romantic Times
Convention attendees right after the Mr. Romance Contest. Besides serving great food and
cosmopolitan drinks, they gave away many fantastic prizes including a pearl and diamond necklace.
This was a short term promotion that also included Michelle
Buonfiglio, the reviewer behind
Romance Buy the Book
and romance authors
Betina Krahn,
Emma Holly,
Lois Greiman, and
Michele Hauf.

A few words from
Margaret Riley
AKA Shelby MorgenSavetheQuietKitty.com is now officially
launched.
This is a project very dear to my heart. Our
initial goal is to raise $6000 for an oxygen
machine and current medical expenses for our
friend and fellow author, Camille Anthony, who
suffers from a debilitating lung disease. Long
term, we want to make help available for other
authors in crisis.
Please take a moment to check out our new
website, and help spread the word. This is a
huge project, and we can't do it alone. It's not
a Changeling project, or a Shelby Morgen
project. It's a community project. We need your
help. Please share the link. With your help, we
can make a real difference.
